  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water or stock

  • Rinse the quinoa under running water. 
  • Add quinoa and water or stock to rice cooker. Set to cook. It should be done after about 25 minutes.
  • Fluff with a fork to separate the grains. 
  • Try adding some roasted vegetables, or chopped tomatoes, basil and feta cheese to make a delicious quinoa salad.
