How to make fresh basil pesto in a food processor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup toasted pinenuts

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in food processor bowl, and process until smooth.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks,or freeze in small batches to use later.
