How to cook quinoa in a rice cooker.
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water, or stock
- Rinse the quinoa under running water.
- Add quinoa and water or stock to rice cooker. Set to cook. It should be done after about 25 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork to separate the grains.
- Try adding some roasted vegetables, or chopped tomatoes, basil and feta cheese to make a delicious quinoa salad.
