A simple recipe to cook quinoa in a rice cooker.

Rice Cooker Basic Quinoa

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

How to cook quinoa in a rice cooker. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water, or stock

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa under running water. 
  2. Add quinoa and water or stock to rice cooker. Set to cook. It should be done after about 25 minutes.
  3. Fluff with a fork to separate the grains. 
  4. Try adding some roasted vegetables, or chopped tomatoes, basil and feta cheese to make a delicious quinoa salad.
