Ingredients
1lbshrimp or prawns [Note 1]large, peeled, deveined
Pat the shrimp dry, then place in a bowl, add the oil and seasoning, and gently toss the shrimp to coat.
Place shrimp in air fryer basket in a single layer. Try not to overcrowd the basket.
Air fry shrimp at 400°F / 200°C for 8-10 minutes until they are cooked through and golden brown.
Notes
You can use shrimp or prawns for this recipe. The cooking times in the recipe are calculated for large (31/40) shrimp, and will need to be adjusted up for larger shrimp, or down for smaller shrimp.
Or substitute another liquid cooking oil with a high smoke point.
Or you can use pre-made seasoning mix, use around 3 teaspoons.
