Combine all ingredients in a large microwave-safe glass bowl with a lid. Stir.
Cover, and place the bowl on a microwave-safe plate (as it may boil over during cooking), and place in the microwave. Microwave on medium for 16 minutes.
Leave to sit in the microwave for 4 minutes after cooking.
Remove the lid (carefully, as there may be a lot of hot steam), and fluff with a fork before serving.
