Ingredients
Fruit Filling
2cupssliced peachesfresh or canned [Note 1]
¼cupgranulated sugar [Note 1]
½teaspoonground cinnamon
Cobbler batter
2tablespoonsbutter
½cupall purpose flour
½cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonbaking powder
⅓cupmilk
Instructions
Place sliced peaches in a bowl with the sugar for the filling and set aside [Note 1].
Place the butter in a 6 inch baking dish or pie dish and place into the air fryer. Preheat air fryer to 320°F/ 160°C for 3 minutes.
Mix the flour, sugar for the batter and the baking powder together with the milk into a thick batter.
When the air fryer has finished preheating, open it, add the batter on top of the butter, then place the peach slices on top. Sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top.
Bake peach cobbler in air fryer at 320°F/ 160°C for 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve topped with a scoop of ice cream or a drizzle of heavy cream. Enjoy!
Notes
If using fresh peaches, peel them first. If using canned peaches, drain them before you measure 1 cup. Skip the sugar added in step 1 if they are peaches in syrup.
