Cobbler batter

Instructions
Mix blueberries, lemon zest, and the sugar for the filling together in a bowl and set aside.
Place the butter in a 6 inch baking dish or pie dish and place into the air fryer. Preheat air fryer to 320°F/ 160°C for 3 minutes.
Mix the flour, sugar for the batter and the baking powder together with the milk into a thick batter.
When the air fryer has finished preheating, open it, add the batter on top of the butter, then pour the blueberry/lemon zest/sugar mix on top.
Bake blueberry cobbler in air fryer at 320°F/ 160°C for 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
