Try this tasty air fryer ham steak coated with a honey-mustard glaze, for a quick and easy way to that honey baked ham taste. This is a 5-ingredient meal that's ready in around ten minutes.
Whisk the glaze ingredients together in a small bowl.
Place ham steaks in air fryer basket, and brush tops of steaks with glaze.
Air fry ham steaks for 3 minutes then flip them over and brush with the glaze. Air fry ham steaks for 2-3 minutes more, until the glaze is caramelized and the internal temperature reaches at least 140°F/ 60°C.
Remove steaks from the air fryer, cover with foil, and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can use uncooked ham steaks (gammon steaks), but they will need to be cooked until the internal temperature reaches 145°F/ 63°C.
