Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F/ 190°C [Note 2].
Place cooked and drained pasta in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and nutritional yeast.
Place pasta in air fryer basket, and spread it out evenly in a single layer [Note 3].
Air fry pasta for 15-20 minutes, tossing the basket every 5 minutes to redistribute the pasta chips ensuring they cook evenly.
The pasta chips are done when they are crispy. Air fry for additional 2-3 minute intervals until they are cooked to your liking.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Cook according to package instructions until al dente
Spritz the basket with oil first if food tends to stick to it.
You may need to cook the pasta chips in batches.
