Bite-sized morsels of succulent juicy chicken. Toss them into salads, stuff them in wraps, pile them onto grain bowls, or scoff them straight from the air fryer as a protein-packed snack.
Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks (around 2-3cm/ 1-inch).
Put chicken chunks in a bowl, drizzle with oil, add the seasoning, and toss to coat.
Place chicken chunks in air fryer basket in a single layer [Note 2].
Air fry at 200°C/ 400°F for 8-12 minutes, flipping the chicken bites during cooking a few times to ensure they cook evenly. Chicken bites are cooked through when they reach 74°C/ 165°F or higher all the way through.
Notes
2 teaspoons paprika (smoked, sweet, or hot), 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon fine sea salt, ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
If the chicken bites are piled up you will need to cook them for a few minutes longer, and flip them more often to ensure they are cooked through.
