Place the flour and baking powder into the mixing bowl of a stand mixer and whisk together.

Method 2: by hand
Place the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly.
Add the yogurt and mix to combine with a wooden spoon.
Tip the dough out onto a well-floured surface and knead until the dough comes together. Add a little more flour if you feel the dough is quite sticky
Prepare and cook the pizza
Preheat the oven to 430°F/ 220°C.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, using a floured rolling pin, place on a pizza pan and par-bake for around 5 minutes until the crust starts to turn golden.
Remove from the oven, add sauce and toppings of your choice, and return to the oven for around 10 minutes until the crust and toppings are golden brown.
Notes
Bread flour will give the dough the best texture. You can substitute all purpose flour if that is all you have. Alternatively you can make a 2-ingredient dough by using use self-raising flour.
