Ingredients
4tablespoonsbuttermelted
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1teaspoonpoppyseeds
¼teaspoongarlic granulesor garlic powder
12soft dinner rolls
½poundthinly sliced ham
12Swiss cheese slices
¼cupmayonnaise
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 300°F/ 150°C.
Mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and garlic granules together in a small bowl. Set aside.
Slice the dinner rolls through the middle, spread the lower half of the rolls with mayo.
Add a layer of cheese slices, then ham, then another layer of cheese slices.
Place the tops of the rolls back on, and brush the butter poppy mixture over the top. Cut the rolls apart.
Place the sliders in the air fryer basket or tray in a single layer with a small space between the sandwiches to allow the air to circulate [Note 1].
Air fry sliders for 5 to 8 minutes at 300°F/ 150°C, until the the cheese has melted, and the tops are golden brown.
Notes
You may need to cook them in batches depending on the type/size of your air fryer.
