Ingredients
4white fish fillets [Note 1]about 6-8 oz / 200g each
1tablespoonlight olive oil
½teaspoonItalian seasoning
½teaspoongarlic salt
¼teaspoonsmoked paprika
¼teaspoonblack pepper
½large lemoncut into 4 pieces
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 200°C.
Mix the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper together in a small bowl.
Pat fish fillets dry, then brush each fillet with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
Place fish in the air fryer basket on a small square of parchment or an air fryer liner [Note 2]. Arrange the lemon wedges around the fish fillets.
Air fry fish for 6-8 minutes, or until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F / 63°C, and flakes easily with a fork.
Carefully remove the fish from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
You can use any white fish fillets. Cod, tilapia, haddock, halibut, grouper, and flounder are good choices.
Check that it is ok to use parchment in your air fryer if you are unsure. You can cook it without parchment, but you may find that it sticks to the basket and is tricky to remove once cooked.
