These air fryer tomatoes are a delicious and healthy side dish that you can whip up in next to no time. You only need a handful of simple ingredients (that you probably have in the pantry), and around 10 minutes of cook time.

Ingredients

medium tomatoes
or 16 cherry tomatoes

tablespoon
olive oil

teaspoon
kosher salt

teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F/ 200°C.
Cut tomatoes in half and place in a small baking dish [Note 1]. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add other seasonings if desired.
Carefully place pan of tomatoes in air fryer basket.
Air fry tomatoes at 400°F/ 200°C for 8-12 minutes until tender and cooked to your liking.
Notes
Cherry tomatoes can be air fried whole.
