Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F/ 200°C.
Cut parsnips into 2-3 inch pieces, and place in a large bowl with the oil and salt. Toss to coat.
Place parsnips in air fryer basket.
Optional: drizzle honey over the parsnips.
Air fry parsnips 10-15 minutes [Note 1] until tender and golden brown.
