Ingredients
4medium Russet Potatoes [Note 1]
3tablespoonsvegetable oil
2tablespoonsmelted butter
3tablespoonsall-purpose flour
3tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese
2teaspoonspaprika
1teaspoonsalt
⅛teaspoonpepper
⅛teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Cut the potatoes lengthwise in wedges. Rise the wedges under cold water to remove any surface starch, and pat dry with paper towels.
Place the potato wedges into a large bowl, mix the butter and oil together, pour over the potatoes and toss to coat.
Preheat the air fryer to 360°F/ 180°C.
Mix the flour, Parmesan, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the potato wedges, and toss well until the potatoes are thoroughly coated with seasoning.
Prepare the air fry basket by lightly brushing or spritzing with olive oil, or lining with baking paper. Then place potato wedges in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry potato wedges for 25-30 minutes [Note 2], tossing halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly.
The potato wedges will the golden brown and crispy when they are done. If required, air fry for additional 5 minute intervals until cooked to your liking.
