Cut the top off the apples and scoop out the core, use and apple corer if you have one.
Mix the filling ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
Place apples in a small pan, or use individual ramekins, then stuff the filling mix into the apples. Pour a tablespoon of warm water per apple into the pan.
Bake apples in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes until they are tender.
Serve topped with maple syrup and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream
