olive oil, coconut oil, vegetable oil

Instructions
Line a 7 inch loaf pan with baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl mash bananas using a fork (or a potato ricer).
Add the flour, sugar, oil and baking soda. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Preheat the air fryer to 320
°
F/ 160
°
C.
Pour or spoon the mixture into the baking pan.
Air fry banana bread for 30 minutes or until a cake tester (or skewer) inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Allow the loaf to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, and then turn out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
