Frozen roast potatoes make for a fast, scrumptious side dish on even the busiest nights. Cook them in the air fryer for an even faster side dish ready to round out just about any main meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen roast potatoes
  • olive oil spray [Note 1] optional
  • 1-2 teaspoons seasoning optional

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 360°F / 180°C.
  • Place frozen roast potatoes in air fryer basket or tray in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd the basket.
  • Sprinkle extra seasoning over the potatoes if using.
  • Air fry frozen roast potatoes for 15-25 minutes, and shake the basket/ flip the roast potatoes once or twice during cooking to redistribute them so they cook evenly.

Notes

  1. A little extra oil will help to get the roast potatoes extra crispy. This won't be needed if the brand you use already has enough oil added.
