Pat the lamb chops dry, then drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with seasoning on both sides.
Place lamb chops in air fryer, ensuring they are not touching.
Air fry lamb chops at 200°C/ 400°F for 5-12 minutes (time depends on thickness and preferred doneness) until golden brown and cooked through. See notes for target internal temperatures.
Remove from air fryer and cover with foil to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.

Medium-rare: remove at 135 °F (57 °C), final temperature ~145 °F (63 °C)
Medium: remove at 145 °F (63 °C), final temperature ~155 °F (68 °C)
Well: remove at 155 °F (68 °C), final temperature ~165 °F (73 °C)
