Instructions
Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rough 14 × 10-inch / 35 × 25-cm rectangle.
Spread the pizza sauce thinly over the dough, leaving a narrow strip along one long edge free of sauce.
Add the shredded cheese and finely chopped toppings.
Starting from the opposite long edge, roll the dough into a log and press the clean edge gently to seal.
Preheat air fryer to 320°F/ 160°C.
Use a sharp knife to cut the roll into 12 equal slices, about 1–1½ inches / 3 cm thick.
Place the scrolls on a small air-fryer-safe cookie sheet or baking parchment [Note 1], leaving space between them. Cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry at 320°F/160°C for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from air fryer and place on a wire rack to cool. Once cooled, store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Notes
Note: some air fryer brands do not recommend using parchment, so check your manual if you are unsure.
