Ingredients
1cupyogurt
1cupmayonnaise
3clovesfresh garlic
½lemonjuiced
¼cupparsley
1tbspextra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice to a food processor or blender. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Process until well combined.
Check for taste and tweak flavors to your taste if needed—add extra squeeze of lemon for zip or touch more salt. Then blend until combined.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
