Cook a batch of these crispy chicken wings in the air fryer for an effort-less appetizer or snack worthy or any game day. There’s around 5 minutes of hands-on prep and they cook in around 20 minutes.
Drizzle wings with oil, then add seasonings and baking powder. Toss to coat wings evenly.
Place chicken wings in air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side down. Cook in batches if required.
Air fry chicken wings for 20-25 minutes, flipping them over half way through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and cooked through [Note 2]
Toss with your favorite chicken wing sauce, or serve with dipping sauces on the side.
Notes
Or make a simple homemade mix from: 2 teaspoons paprika (sweet or smoked), ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper.
Use an instant-read thermometer to confirm internal temperature is at least 165°F /74°C all the way through.
