Air fryer chicken tenders are super simple and delicious. They make for a quick mid-week dinner, a recipe you will use again and again. Serve them with fries and/or a salad for a popular family dinner, or with a dipping sauce as a party snack.
For seasoning, I often use store-bought chicken spices [affiliate link], but you can easily make your own. Try using salt, ground pepper, paprika, and ground cumin for a simple homemade mix.
To prepare, pat the chicken tenders dry, drizzle with a little cooking oil, then add the seasoning and toss the chicken to ensure they are fully coated with the seasoning and oil.
I like cooking unbreaded chicken tenders, but of you prefer crumbed tenders, you can toss half a cup of panko breadcrumbs into the bowl when you mix with the seasoning.
- 10 oz chicken tenders
- 1 tbsp chicken spices
- olive oil
- Pat chicken tenders dry, and place in a bowl.
- Drizzle chicken tenders with olive oil, then sprinkle with seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Place chicken tenders in air fryer so that thy are not overlapping.
- Air fry chicken tenders for 10-12 minutes until they are cooked through.
