What dino nuggets to use?
Use your favorite brand of frozen dino nuggets. The instructions remain more or less the same, whether you use Tyson Fun Nuggets, Yummy Dino Buddies, Perdue, John Soules Foods, or Aldi.
Just bear in mind different brands have different sized nuggets, larger nuggets may need slightly longer to cook, smaller nuggets, slightly shorter.
How to cook dino nuggets in the air fryer
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 200°C. Because the cooking time is short, it is important for the air fryer to be preheated before putting the dino nuggets in.
- Place frozen nuggets in the air fryer in a single layer, ensuring there is space between them. This allows the hot air to circulate around the nuggets properly so they cook evenly. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the dino nuggets for 8-10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through cooking.
- Check the temperature. Ensure that the nuggets are fully cooked and have an internal temperature of at least 165°F / 74 °C.
