How to cook brown rice in an Instant Pot

Brown rice is so delicious, but kind of annoying to make. That’s what I always thought until I tried cooking it in my Instant Pot.

Cooking brown rice on the stove-top is time-consuming, and can be difficult – if you get it wrong you end up with gummy rice that sticks together. And you have to watch it all the time to make sure it doesn’t boil over.

These days I always make brown rice in my Instant Pot. It comes out perfect every time, and couldn’t be quicker or easier!

All you need to do is add rice, add water, set and forget. No more watching a boiling pot, no more sticky chewy rice.
